The cabinet strips between the refrigerator and freezer and the strip below the refrigerator usually rust and need repainting. Sand the surface and repaint with a matching appliance epoxy paint in aerosol cans. Touch up any scratches on the cabinet sides. Clean the toe or kick plate. Use car wax to make the cabinet really shine.
