Installing the Tub Assembly

This procedure will help you get the tub assembly back into the cabinet.

  1. (Figure 1) Slide the tub assembly into the bottom of the cabinet with the motor down.
  2. (Figure 2) Tip the tub assembly up.
  3. (Figure 3) Position the tub ring on top of the tub and align it with the bulge for the tub overflow tube. Snap the ring tabs down over the hooks on the tub until the tub top is fully secured.
  4. The tub assembly is now ready to be attached to the cabinet interfaces.
  5. (Figure 4) Start getting the tub back onto the suspension; first the left rear.
  6. (Figure 5) Snap the right rear suspension back on.
  7. (Figure 6) Install the front suspension; first the left and then the right.
  8. (Figure 7) Reattach the air dome hose and clip it to the suspension rod.
  9. (Figure 8) Reattach the four rubber straps from each corner of the cabinet to the tub assembly.
  10. (Figure 9) Bring the motor harness wires down to the motor and snap the harness clip back into the motor mount.
  11. (Figure 10) Reconnect the two motor connectors.
  12. (Figure 11) Reconnect the motor ground wire.
  13. (Figure 12) Reattach the tub drain hose to the water pump.
  14. This concludes the reassembly of the tub assembly into the cabinet.
