Finally, the situation that exists near the end of the cycle (and the second revolution of the ejector blades) is shown in Figure 10. At this point the water solenoid switch is again affected by a depression in the cam, but this time, since the thermostat is open, the path the electricity takes is through the water solenoid, delivering water to the mold. In this circuit, 105 volts of the 120 volts are dropped through the solenoid valve, while the remaining 15 volts are dropped through the mold heater.
