All of the cubes will not come out of the tray during the harvest function if the bottoms of the cube molds have calcified deposits. Water sufficient to fill an empty tray will flood a tray with retained cubes. Soon the tray will be a solid sheet of ice and all of the water will spill into the cube bin. Hopefully you will detect this problem before the bin is filled with a block of ice and a glacier is formed in the freezer section.
Get a new ice tray number 627711. Remove the ice bin and reach up and push the tray back against the spring loaded rear mount and swing it down and out.
Install the new tray, mold side up, by sliding it into the rear mount first and then pop it up into the front mount.
